Refund Policy

Thank you for investing in Focusing for Spiritual Development! Our refund policy reflects the fact that this is a 9-month live program delivered week-by-week across three distinct modules.

1. The first two weeks serve as a 14-Day Risk-Free Trial

You are eligible for a 100% refund of your $1,200 tuition within the first 14 days of the official course start date (September 9 through 23, 2026).

This allows you to experience the first two live weekly sessions risk-free.

2. Prorated Module-Based Refunds
After the first 14 days, refunds are strictly calculated based on our three modules. Each module represents one-third of the total tuition ($400 per module for Early Bird / $500 per module for Regular Price).

Module 1 (September 9-November 18, 2026): The full course is refundable through September 23, 2026. Module 1 is NOT refundable as of September 24, 2026. (The other modules are still fully refundable.) NOTE: A complimentary 1:1 session with the instructor is included for each module. However, the 1:1 session is only complimentary if you have paid for that module. If you have had your 1:1 session before withdrawing during the first two weeks, the session is no longer complimentary, and $100 for the session will be deducted from the refunded fee.

Module 2 (December 2, 2026-March 3, 2027): Eligible for a refund of the remaining two modules if requested in writing at least 7 days before Module 2 begins. Module 2 begins on December 2, 2026; therefore, I must be notified in writing by November 25, 2026. As of November 26, Module 2 is non-refundable. (Module 3 is still fully refundable.)

Module 3 (March 24-June 9, 2027): Eligible for a refund of the final module if requested in writing at least 7 days before Module 3 begins. Module 3 begins March 24, 2027; therefore, I must be notified in writing of your request for a refund by March 17. As of March 18, no further refunds will be issued.

3. Access Revocation
Upon processing a refund for future modules, your access to the password-protected Wix course portal and all upcoming live weekly sessions will be immediately revoked.

4. How to Request a Refund
Please submit your request via email to me at jocelynkahn@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account or payment processing system within 5–7 business days.

Thank you for participating in Focusing for Spiritual Development. I am committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

1. Information I Collect
I only collect information that is necessary to deliver the course material, manage your enrollment, and process your payments.

Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, physical mailing address, and phone number.
Audio/Video Recordings: Regular classes and Q&A portions of the Peer Partnership Clinics are recorded. Please note: Peer partnership breakouts are not recorded to ensure a private Focusing space, with the exception of demonstrations that a participant has volunteered for knowing that the demos will be recorded.
Website Usage Data: Because my Website is hosted on Wix, standard technical cookies and usage data may be collected automatically by the platform to keep the site functional and secure.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the collected information for the following purposes:

To enroll you and manage your access to the course.
To communicate with you regarding course updates, schedules, and materials.
To send direct payment requests for course fees.
To host class recordings in a secure area so students can review the material. (Peer partnerships are not recorded unless used as part of a class demo for which a participant has volunteered with the explicit understanding that it will be recorded.)

3. Storage and Security of Video Recordings

Your privacy during live sessions is important to me:

Secure Access: All recorded classes and Q&A sessions are stored on a password-protected section of my Wix Website. Only registered students and authorized administrators have access to this portal.
No Recording of Peer Partnerships (unless participant has volunteered for a demo, knowing in advance that it will be recorded): I intentionally do not record the peer partnerships to protect your privacy during practice sessions.

4. Payment Processing

I do not collect or store your credit card or financial account numbers on my Website.

Payment transactions are handled entirely off-site.
I will send you manual payment requests, and you will fulfill them through your choice of third-party platforms, including PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Revolut (primarily for students in Europe).
Your financial transactions are subject to the privacy policies of those respective payment processors.

5. Information Sharing and Third Parties

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I only share information with third-party services essential to running the course:

Wix: This is my Website host, which securely processes your login data and stores the course video recordings.
Payment Gateways: As mentioned above, your contact info may be used to send payment requests via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Revolut.

6. International Data Transfers (For European Students)

Because I accept students from Europe and use Revolut, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). I take all necessary steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and standard data protection laws (such as GDPR).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information I hold about you.
Request that I correct or delete your personal details.
Withdraw your consent to be recorded during live Q&As (though this may somewhat impact your ability to participate in the live Q&A portions).
